Want to learn how to build your own fly rod but don’t know how to start? Join our Rod Building Class and learn how to prep and spine the blank, attach the reel seat and grip, and wrap and finish the guides and ferules. Instruction takes place over two Saturdays and all equipment is provided. You will build a rod appropriate for our local small streams as an inclusive kit. Few things are more thrilling than catching your first fish on the rod you built and of course, a fly you tied!
